I highly doubt it has anything to do with bungie. If it did then everybody would have this issue. In this case it's not. We can say different networks has a different outcome. It more likely network isnt properly configured for bungie game.

For a handful of people you could be right, but a lot of people are having the same issues. And they usually follow the trend of it doesn’t happen on all their other games at all and it started happening when forsaken dropped.
