After turning in this week’s Offering to the Oracle and receiving your third Seed of Light (provided you haven’t already gotten it from the raid) you should notice an outcropping of rock to your left (while looking at the Queen). Follow the (very simple) jumping puzzle to it’s end and just below the final outcropping on a small lip that juts out you will find a pile of Ahamkara Bones that open the Fideicide II lore entry.
