Its damage output can stay the same by buffing the richochet...its unique and exotic perk...
No reason for it to be a one shot kill to the body. Sorry man. Again, your point is moot.

My point is not moot, I’m not the one campaigning to change the game because a new game mode came out. Ricochet rounds are on many weapons, not exclusive to sleeper. Either way, Bungie will do what it feels it has to, but of sleeper is a two shot, it will be gone from crucible. A new gun will be whined about instead. I’d rather see the game get better matchmaking so it doesn’t spend 10mins trying to find me a game in Narnia, with a full stack team running McDonalds wifi.

Ya it’s hard light, except it can kill the user, and bounces off enemies. I don’t know anyone who uses sleeper because the beam bounces off things, I use it to kill bosses.

Then yiu arent -blam!-ing using it right. You shoot the ground in front of the boss to make the beam split into 5 into the bosses body...causing more dps than firing a normal ass beam into it. Youre a shitter. Opinion null.

If you don’t agree with me fine, you don’t have to act like a child, that being said, no ones going to shoot the floor at the raid bosses feet with sleeper, that’s stupid and will also make the gun crap just like hardlight. You don’t hold the only opinions on planet earth, your going to have to accept not everyone sees things the same way, get over yourself.

Dude. Its not hard light. It kind of is, but the beam splits into 5 and does more dps than the single beam. Thats what makes it exotic. Buff the damage of that, and it can retain its PvE value, while decreasing the body damage to tone down its pvp value. Simple -blam!-in fix. It doesnt deserve to be a one hit body kill. Its broken. Other weapons of the same type and category cannot one hit body kill. This is what makes your point, pointless.

Your right in that it’s the most powerful fusion, it has always been talked about as a super weapon, even in D1 when it wasn’t. It matches the lore now, it’s a super weapon. It’s Gjallerhorn of D2. It does mega dps to bosses, it can one shot many things in the game. All I am saying is that, it shouldn’t be changed for a game mode, that existed after it. Invaders in gambit have wall hacks and extra shield, having a one hit weapon makes it hard to deal with an invasion. You know what people will do instead when sleeper is gone, golden gun and sniping. Then the forums will be crying about golden gun and snipers. Maybe gambit invaders should not have wall hacks and an over shield.

I use the gun all the time, the same way everyone else uses it, stop trying ing to validate your point by attacking me personally. No one is shooting the ground with sleeper in the raid, sorry...and everyone is using sleeper.

No one is using the sleeper in the raid outside of the first week since it was all thry had leveled up for gambit dude. WoTW and Darci both do better dps to raid bosses. Again, you have no idea what youre talking about.

I didn’t see any darci’s in any activities I have done, whisper, but the bosses move their head around allot, most people are using sleeper.

I have whisper. Darci is only used in shit like strikes where stuff moves a lot etc. It still outclasses sleeper though in damage in pve. The only reason people are using sleeper, is because its what they have leveled up for gambit atm. Sleeper was trash tier before forsaken, and still is, but because of the infusion system its all people use. Its god tier in pvp however, because it one shots to the body, like no other weapon in the vame does besides rockets and grenade launchers. Which is ridiculous. Even grenade launchers are harder to aim lol

Sleeper is used in pve because it’s easy to land three crits per clip, whisper takes more skill to use, darci has better overall damage output per ammo usage then sleeper, but you have to land all crits. Sleeper is a good general use high damage heavy. Or being a one shot kill with a four mag in crucible make it a great option. They reduced the aim assist on it, if they reduce the ammo it gets in crucible that would maybe reduce its use a bit, there are no real great rockets right now, maybe truth needs to come back, not allot of heavy options, launchers suck and machine guns are gone.
