Bungie Rewards Order Issue

I've sent three customer service emails regarding an issue I've been having with a Bungie Rewards order. Three days ago I noticed that I got a reward for the digital download of the Destiny 2: Forsaken Soundtrack and Whisper of the Worm Bonus Tracks. I followed all of the steps and it said in the product description that I would get an email with the digital download link shortly after the "purchase" (free after putting in discount code). 24 hours later I still hadn't gotten it so I tried the whole process again and again and it would constantly say that the code is invalid so the purchase must have worked the first time right? Well I emailed the customer service people regarding the issue hoping they'd get back to me within 24 hours but they never got back to me. I sent another email 24 hours later and the same thing happened. I just sent another email but I'm doubtful I'll ever get a response so I'm hoping there's someone here that can help. I just wanna figure this out before the product becomes unavailable permanently.

Please use the form here: https://bungiestore.com/pages/customer-service The forums here and the Bungie Store website customer support are two different areas of the company and don't have any interaction with each other, so you'll have to continue to use the Bungie Store support contact options. Concerning your issue, I got my email almost immediately after clicking to complete the order. If you view your Bungie Store account on the website, it should show up in your history. The code is only usable once, so repeated attempts will fail after the first use. The email you receive is simply a link to the download page, so it's possible that your email provider may have sent it to spam or deleted it entirely if you have such settings. The download is hosted through the download support site known as sendowl.com, so the email is from "noreply@sendowl.com" instead of "orders@bungiestore.com", so double check that you didn't receive a "spam" mail from SendOwl.
