This isn't a personal issue, but my friend is having issues with his collection. He doesn't own the game himself or the DLC, but he gameshares with another one of his friends. So here's the thing, he can't pull anything from his collections. At first it was just exotics and Forsaken stuff, but now he can't pull anything out. He restarted the game, deleted and re-downloaded the game and nothing seems to work. My other friend who also doesn't own the DLC's can collect his stuff from the collections so we think it's just a bad glitch. Is there any kind of solution that may help him? Like I said, he restarted the game and deleted and re-downloaded the game already.
