Bug referenced in linked Youtube video. A friend helped me get to the observatory just past Petra's parked ship, but she wasn't there. Eventually we left but I can see no way to get back to that location! This content that I paid for appears to be permanently locked from me! Are there even GMs in this game? How do I get help? Edit: SOLVED! The quest can be resumed by going to the Dreaming City destination in the director, which will contain the "Beyond the Watchtower" quest instead of the destination.
