Billie: “None of your business, that’s what.” Well, I don’t think talking back to an assassin is a good idea, so I’ll stop there. *ahem* The Bank Job is probably one of the best missions in the Dishonored franchise, right up there with The Clockwork Mansion, and A Crack in the Slab. There are clever puzzles, and plenty of ways to progress how you see fit. [b]Warning: From this point forwards, SPOILERS inbound.[/b] The mission tasks you with infiltrating the Dolores Michaels Deposit & Loan Bank to obtain the accursed sword that made the Outsider. There are three main events that happen throughout the quest; 1. Procuring the Poppy Tincture 2. Breaking into the Bank 3. Securing the Vault And each one has 2-3 different ways of going about it. Do you use Semblance to bid for the Poppy Tincture? Be all sneaksy and steal it? Buy it from the Black Market? Do you break in through the roof? The garbage disposal? The front door? Do you move the vault and leave everything intact? Or crash it into the sewers? [u][b]Tl;dr? Here’s my point![/b][/u] Favorite ways to complete The Bank Job in Dishonored: Death of the Outsider? My answer; [spoiler]I like to find the location of the Poppy Tincture “correctly” first, via heading to the pharmacy, then talking to the girl, etc. Once I know where it is, I like the idea of using Semblance on some poor beggar, just so this guy who looks dirt broke walks in & outbids all these nobles. [i]Buuut[/i] it’s a lot more fun, and cost effective, to sneak in and steal it. When it comes to breaking into the bank, I—of course, use the Poppy Tincture to put everyone to sleep, then I like to enter through the garbage disposal, and immediately make my way to the bottom floor. Once I’ve finished looting & such, I like to send the vault up to Michaels’ office, crack Jindosh’s vault, grab the knife, and just as I’m about to make a quiet escape... Go upstairs, and smash the vault into the sewers. Totally incognito![/spoiler] But that’s all for now folks! Jambuhbye!
