Are you sure it doesn't mean it's not retroactive to a previous season? I reset my valor twice before I reached the last step and once more after reaching the last step and it doesn't say I've reset my valor even once. So are you sure when they say it isn't retroactive they aren't saying that it isn't retroactive to the previous season?
