Did you ever consider that reaching level cap isn't the core of why some people play, I want to get there asap now random rolls are back I want to farm for great rolls and enjoy the endgame at max level without worrying about enfusion etc, if you enjoy that slow grind thats great but that's not what some of us play for, those that whine about no content also whine about everything else that's not going to change by artificially slowing down player progress, this is a looter shooter people should be able to choose how they progress to end game, what next time gating missions cause we played the last one to fast

Leveling should be like Borderlands. We're supposed to grind for rare gear, not levels.

How the hell does infusing stuff you like up to your current power level "cap all your gear"? This has nothing to do with getting more powerful and everything to do with bringing your favorite stuff along with you.
