I think the proposed fix is just right; I don't play Gambit that much but I did just to use Sleeper and have an informed opinion. I honestly don't see what all of the fuss is about but reducing, or removing aim assist at extended ranges, seems like the middle ground. We all know what's next though, the whiners will just find something else to complain about but I digress.
