I have just logged in to start my clan XP contribution and all three daily bounties are PVP which I absolutely detest and there is only one weekly PVE bounty to be done with a clan member. I might get that one done if I can catch the rare time someone in my clan is on when I am. People probably won't agree with me, but being an older gamer PVP is just not for me. Why oh why can the developer not be more equitable with this content?
Edit:
After reading the many responses in this thread, the one thing that has come to mind is the opposite effect (IMHO) this is going to have on ironically the very feature it is supposed to promote, that is Clans. Whether or not the PVP respondents in this thread are right (correct) that it is PVE player's fault that they are not willing to participate in the PVP bounties, the fact remain's that they will not and that can only hurt their clan.
Since Foresaken dropped, there has only been 2 or 3 active players in my clan post Sep 4th. and that includes me. Sure you can say "go find another clan" but that is not the point. The bottom line is, if you as a developer want to promote and encourage participation in a feature of your game, wouldn't you give your players the tools to do so? After all, isn't that exactly what they are doing, be it in a lop-sided way in this case with PVP?
There are no winners in this situation, one loses, we all lose.
