Shorten the range to which targeting engages. More like a Tarantula or that other one like it. I can deal with a close to mid Lightsaber rail of death but not this cross map, further than sniper effective range killing. Or...make a drastic damage drop off at X meters. Or... Decrease accuracy at ranged
