Telesto needs to go back to being a power weapon. The cystals make it behave like a grenade launcher or rocket launcher, with similar range and no requirement for line of site to get the kill. Functionally, it is no different at all in terms of how you can die to it. PVP feels good overall... but PLEASE move Telesto back to the power slot. It's a crtuch for bad players and an absolute nightmare in the hands of a good player with basically no counter in many situations.
