Ascendant challenge portal disappears
Never noticed from other ascendant challenges but does/is the portal suppose to disappear even when u are ascendant so that when one teammate dies they cant get back in unless the whole firetram dies??

2 RepliesYes, the activity effectively "resets" when someone dies during the middle of the challenge - but if you wait for a moment it will reappear for others to join back in as long as SOMEONE is alive in there still.

The portal disappears once the boss spawns

2 RepliesIt doesn’t disappear you are probably just looking in the wrong place. Also you don’t even need teammates for this, it’s just jumping and killing a few phalanxes.

Happened to me twice. Had to refill my fireteam because they were getting the rewards but not me because I died when the boss spawned.

The portal dissappears if you die after the boss has spawned.

Just happened go my friend when we were running it. It disappeared. He had to travel back to landing area and come back and it was there.
