Of the 15ish highly active players in my clan, only 1 player has a received a year 2 exotic, even after 2 weeks of a full grind. Dare is say the exptic drop rate RNG system is super broken? I also, have dismantled 2 Distant relation scout rifles from gambit, and recieved no loot from the dismantle. Not that its a big deal ans the dismantle loot is worth very little, but regardless this still needs fixed.
