Here is the Fix Bungie will apply based on my assumption from both D1 and D2: When I use this weapon in both games I always went for Precision/Crit shots. So, I am expecting Bungie to come and say " We saw there is a bug with Sleeper allowing for Precision damage to carry between both Precision and non precision hits" So they will "fix that" to allow two body shots or one head shot to Players and in PvE it will Nerf it for non Precision Shots.
