At least you have to have skill to use a sniper rifle hit the head sleeper can one shot body shot and that's the entire issue

Wrong. Sleeper is obviously way strong then any other weapon. Sleeper is my baby. But, again, if they’re gonna do anything it should be banned, not nerfed. Unless you’d prefer it be Nerfed like an idiot and you’re actually one of those Nerf whores.
