I don't think Sleeper is OP enough to the point where you should be spending time on it. It's obviously not any fun to play against but I say leave it as is. Honestly getting killed by it just makes me want to go even more tryhard than I usually do and I try targeting Sleeper users when I invade out of spite. It's a fun little mini game I have.
