Bad move in my opinion. It's powerful yes. But there are also tracking launchers now. And other viable weapons. If you're being invaded don't stand out in the open. Play smart.

Sleeper is cancer. If people have it, it's all they use. No one uses tracking launchers.

Yeah but we know Bungie doesnt separate PVE vs PVP nerfs. I just don't want to see it become useless in PVE, which is primarily what I play.

My issue with Sleeper is being killed from the ricochet when it's so bad that it doesn't look like a red fusion beam, but instead looks like a lattice. It also doesn't help that PvP level advantages are enabled in Gambit; this makes it worse, especially for those in there leveling up.
