Solstice of heroes shirt

So I have 275 points from solstice of heroes triumphs and I got the token in game for the shirt but whenever I go to my profile I am not able to get my code as the banner does not appear at all. Anyone have any advice on this issue? I'd like to be able to get my shirt considering the amount of time I put in to earn it
