1. [spoiler] Abandoned and tied up in a shack set on fire, you struggle to find a way to escape. The cultists who had tied you up spoke of something about “appeasing the machine”. Whatever that is, you do not want to find out. You are tied to a metal pole, and ashes burn your face. You feel the hear of the fire crawling up you. What do you do? A) Struggle to loosen the ropes trapping you. Go to 4. B) Attempt to loosen the metal pole with brute force. Go to 2. [/spoiler] 2. [spoiler] As you begin to grunt and push the pole around, you slowly get exhausted. Instead, you seem to have tightened the ropes. You find that no progress has been made. What do you do? A) Try to slip out of the ropes. Go to 3. B) Try to struggle some more. Go to 5. [/spoiler] 3. [spoiler] As you try to squirm out of the tight ropes, one gets caught around your neck, and begins to tighten, cutting off your oxygen and blackening your vision. You have died. [/spoiler] 4. [spoiler] As you move around a bit, the ropes do seem to loosen up a bit. What do you do? A) Slip out. Go to 5. B) Try to break the ropes by using the metal pole. Go to 3. [/spoiler] 5. [spoiler] As you slip out of the ropes, a part of the rope tied around your arm catches on fire. What do you do? A) Stop drop and roll!. Go to 6. B) Look around the fire-covered room for a water source. Go to 7. C) Try to get the rope off. Go to 8. [/spoiler] 6. [spoiler] As you lower yourself to the ground and roll frantically, you accidentally roll into a blanket of fire. You die as you feel the flames eating away... You have died. [/spoiler] 7. [spoiler] You find a mysterious liquid near the metal pole. What do you do? A) Lower your arm into it. Go to 9. B) Use it to rid the flames surrounding you. Go to 10. [/spoiler] 8. [spoiler] You loosen the rope a bit and use the metal pole behind you to rip the rest of the rope off. You need to get out of this burning lodge. You find an exit across the sea of flames. What do you do? A) Find something to douse the flames with. Go to 7. B) Carve an exit out of the side of the lodge using the metal pole. Go to 11. [/spoiler] 9. [spoiler] As you lower your arm into the bucket, your arm suddenly tingles with pain and flames. You look down at the bucket, and you realize your mistake.... it was gasoline... You have died. [/spoiler] 10. [spoiler] You begin to throw the liquid into the crowd of flames, but they seem to grow larger. It seems that you have thrown gasoline into the flames, only fueling the fire. You slowly burn into ashes as the flames expand... You have died. [/spoiler] 11. [spoiler] You grab the metal pole and continuously smash it against the side of the lodge, forming a somewhat rough hole for you to escape out of. You run outside, and are greeted by a moonless night and the smell of rotting. You need to find an exit, but you have two paths in front of you. One right, one left. What do you do? A) Take the right path. Go to 12. B) Take the left path. Go to 13. [/spoiler] 12. [spoiler] You take the right path, and you walk past a relatively forested area. You hear a rustle in the bushes behind you. Do you wish to continue along the path. If yes, go to 14. If no, go to 15. [/spoiler] 13. [spoiler] The path seems to be smooth and calm. You walk towards a small rocky outcrop, revealing a smaller path. What do you do? A) Proceed forward. Go to 16. B) Take a break. Go to 17. [/spoiler] 14. [spoiler] After you walk forward a few meters, you feel a dark presence watching you. You know what it is and what it wants. The predatory menace, Cell-3, begins to screech. Fortunately you are already a few meters ahead, and you outrun the beast among the trees, and you hide in a small bush. Near the bush you find a peculiar statue. It is of a bearded man, relatively old and carved out of marble. What do you do? A) Leave the statue alone. Go to 18. B) Touch the statue. Go to 19. C) Destroy the statue with a nearby rock. Go to 24. [/spoiler] 15. [spoiler] As you make your way back to the split path, a mechanical menace jumps out at you. You have nowhere to run, and nowhere to hide, an with a swift swipe of its tail, the beast rips out your throat, sending you to your knees, slowly dying... You have died a [b]painful[/b] death. [/spoiler] 16. [spoiler] As you proceed forward, you spot several spotlights below you. You seem to be on top of a hill. You look directly down however, and you see a river. However, thirst and fatigue stings you, and slowly, you lose your footing, falling from the hill to the river beneath you. You have died. [/spoiler] 17. [spoiler] You regain your breath, sitting on a rock for five minutes, and your senses come back to you. You may proceed onwards to the path. Go to 25. [/spoiler] 18. [spoiler] As you turn to leave, you spot a little gate on the outskirts of the forest. What do you do? A) Return to the statue. Go to 14. B) Proceed forward. Go to 23. [/spoiler] 19. [spoiler] As you lean in to touch the statue, what seems to be the ghost of the bearded man appears in front of you, startling you. It coughs briefly before talking. “Hello! I am Bernthal the Great, the bringer of the Molasses Cookies that bless your world. In order to indulge in the festivities of Cookie Heaven, you must prove yourself worthy. Do you know my favorite type of Pringles?” A) Zesty Salsa. Go to 22. B) Barbecue. Go to 21 C) Cheddar. Go to 20. [/spoiler] 20. [spoiler] Bernthal begins to let out tears of joy as you say the words “Cheddar”. He speaks again... “Yes yes! You are worthy! Now go enjoy yourself in Cookie Heaven!” You are transported to a world filled with hills and hills of cookies. You spend the rest of your life chatting with Floodians who have passed on to Cookie Heaven and stuffing all sorts of Molasses Cookies in your mouth. You have survived. [/spoiler] 21. [spoiler]”Barbecue?!?? How dare you!!!!! That tastes like old gasoline fluid with a tinge of sweetness! Get out!” And with that you are vaporized to a crisp by a very pissed Bernthal. You have died. [/spoiler] 22. [spoiler]”Zesty Salsa?!?! Well.... to be fair, it isn’t all too bad...... but you are wrong!!!! However, I will grant you the position of my servant. But be warned, it is not a position that you want.” You spend the rest of your life fetching Bernthal his belongings and hauling giant bags of cookies across the cosmos. It may not be the best job, but at least you survived and developed severe back injury! You have survived..... kinda? [/spoiler] 23. [spoiler] You head for the gate, but you hear a shrill screeching. As you look around, you suddenly feel something shoot through your chest. Where your chest once was is replaced by a blue scar and a mass of blood. It seems that something has shot you. As you die, you see Cell-3 walking up to you.... You have died. [/spoiler] 24. [spoiler] As you throw the rock towards the statue, the rock shatters into a billion pieces, and the statue seems to be unscathed. You hear Bernthal’s disapproving voice. You have no choice but to leave the statue alone. As you leave, you feel a sharp pain flood your body, as you slowly crumble into tiny bits. All while hearing Bernthal say “I guess that’s how the cookie crumbles... hehe...” You have died. [/spoiler] 25. [spoiler] You find yourself traversing on top of a cliff, and far off you can see lights of some sort. But below you, about a 100 meters down, a river rushes with ferocity. You keep your footing as you quickly descend down the hill. You make your way onto a somewhat smooth road. What do you do? A) Cross it. Go to 27. B) Wait. Go to 26. [/spoiler] 26. [spoiler] As you wait in the silence of the night, you hear footsteps coming from behind. You are thrown to the ground, and multiple cultists loom over you. A few minutes later they plant you on a stake with a knife driven through your stomach. You slowly bleed out, but you feel immense pain as you slowly die. You have died [b]painfully[/b] [/spoiler] 27. [spoiler] As you cross the road, you enter an area with multiple bushes, and the lights you had seen on top of the hill cannot be seen anymore. You hear a rustling in the bushes. What do you do? A) Run. Go to 29. B) Wait. Go to 28. [/spoiler] 28. [spoiler] Multiple armed guards come out of the bushes, their guns trained on you. One of the guards begins to speak. “Who are you? Why are you here?” What do you respond with? A) I was tied up and tortured. Go to 30. B) I heard things about the machine here. Go to 31. [/spoiler] 29. [spoiler] As you break into a sprint you hear one of the guards yell... “It’s one of those cultists! Open fire!” You hear gunshots, and bullets hit you all around your body as you slowly fall to the ground. You have died. [/spoiler] 30. [spoiler] The guards slowly lower their guns, and they escort you to a nearby camp. You decide to take a vacation to Russia once again. You have survived. [/spoiler] 31. [spoiler]The guards raise their weapons and one of them yells out... “You know about the machine! You’re a cultist!” And they open fire. You feel the life flowing out of you with every gunshot... You have died. [/spoiler]
