Friend gift me destiny 2 forsaken but I can't redeem the code
So my friend gifted me forsaken but every time I try to redeem the code which I did recieve. the redeem code screen just goes grey and acts likes it doing something but doesn't let me click next or anything then it just closes and I still haven't received the content we contacted Microsoft and they said it was a problem on the developers end we submitted a ticket and they said they where gonna pass it off the bungie. That was three days ago still can't get the content contacted Microsoft again told us the same thing. So I was wondering when y'all where gonna solve this issue because if not anytime soon I'll just have my friend just refund the gift and I'll just go play another game.

Check my forum post about this issue and see if it helps you out at all! https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/248438295/0/0 it seems like not all of the Microsoft support agents know about the temporary fix to this, so you may have to pretty much force them to contact the offline team
