That can happen if you use port forwarding without reserving a static ip for your console. If you are using port forwarding, turn it off, and enable UPnP. Also try re-setting your router, and clearing your console’s cache. One thing that might work that others have done is to switch to a different network like a hotspot, then reconnect to your previous network. Use your ps4 internet connection tool to re-enter your network settings manually when you re-connect. Good luck.

It worked! I don't know what happened but I just tried to reboot the router again and worked. But I noticed the IP Adress has changed and everything went back to normal. Thanks for you help anyway 😊

Edited by jnikoley: 9/14/2018 10:10:34 PMMake sure you write down the current IP address for the PlayStation, and if it happens again, use the Internet connection tool, and input the IP address it has now manually. In any case, I’m glad it’s working for you.

Started all over again 😭 Thinking maybe could be the router, I don't know, because when l use my cellphone as hotspot the game enters normally. However it would be very odd the router be the problem since other games works normally. Before the Update 6.0 has been deployed or even the hotfix 2.0.0.1 the game was functioning perfect. I never had a problem like this.

Cleared the cache, reboot the router, reset the router, re-installed the game nothing worked. Only when I used my cellphone as hotspot the game entered normally but when I get back to the router the problem still persists. Wondering if the problem is the PS4 IP Address. 🤔

I think you’re right about the IP address. Remember the IP address your system is using now so you can enter it manually if it changes and you start to have issues again. Good luck.
