What are Ports 30000-30001 used for? High Latency
My gaming experience on D2 deteriorates when these ports are communicating with my PC. Any idea what they are used for? Ports always fluctuate between 200-600 ms. I reside East coast, Australia. PVP and PVE both effected. I float when I jump, hit invisible blocks, no hit reg etc. Was able to rectify via disabling ipv6 settings in router but a couple days passed and the ports are open again. Cannot be blocked via firewall in Windows 10 or my router. Definitely the cause of the in game lag.

If you are on the east coast of Australia (I have family in Adelaide), I can tell you without a doubt your problem is your ISP. The problem is that the provider is offering 'fiber' connections on DSL copper lines and that can cause all kinds of latency headaches especially if you do not pay for the top tier package.

As this is the only option to get support it is really important I get a reply. If i cannot get assistance where i have been directed to, there are no other options? where do i go? Every request for help is important yet the majority of valid quesyuon being put forward are not being given any attention at all. My specific question has not appeared within the forum so my only hope is to get a moderator or bungie to assist.
