I completely feel it is bad game design. Games with a grind don't limit how much grinding you can do in a period of time. Having limits on grind removes the reason to play the game more. I want to play as much as I want and to be rewarded for playing. Playing and hitting a wall because enough time hasn't passed isn't fun.
