The biggest issue is no one is there. I try and reload instances again and again and still can’t match up with others.

I think the majority in the dreaming city tend to go to the blind well. I’m assuming trying to get another subclass unlocked.

Hmmm, this may be something behind this, because I've had this experience many times. Also read many posts of others saying the same thing. Is it that, we are just in the Dreaming City too far ahead of others, or what? Or is there a low cap on how many players can join in the Dreaming City instance? I'm curious now, because the last few days I've had to run PE's solo.

They’re in the blind well more often than not.

I guess, but the times I've decided to check there, at most there were about 5-6 Guardians there. I would really hope that, the new location can support more than 10 players in it. But then again, is the Well the same instance as the rest of the Dreaming City? For some reason I don't think it is.

That’s possible. It could be like Archons Forge was. While playing yesterday I noticed the player base seemed sparse overall and I put a full day in. Could just be people are scattered amongst the planets gathering materials and chasing Spiders “wanted” bounties. Couple that with what I imagine a fractured player base between Forsaken players and non Forsaken players and the impact of that may be seen as well.

Ah, good points. So overall, it may be that D2's player count is still low, and many have not come back just for the new DLC. The players that did come back to try it out (me), will suffer, because Bungie still continues to force this game to be too co-op heavy. Which I think was more so for $$$ reasons, and less gameplay wise.

I’ve ran into this a lot. I’ve done public events by myself just so I can complete Petra’s bounties.
