Beyond the watchtower quest glitched?
I was doing beyond the watchtower quest and when i got to the part "rendezvous with petra" she was nowhere to be found and i could not complete it. I left the mission to restart the quest and now the quest is not on the map at all but i still have the milestone enter hellgate. And no dreaming city unlocked. Any help on how to fix this would be great.

Same thing happened to me, haven't been able to get back in dreaming city or finish

I have the same problem, did the mission Petra was nowhere to be found. Returned to tangle shore and the mission disappeared.

It's still not working for me! Restarted, no icon anywhere! WTF!?!

I had the same problem but it still let me spawn into the dreaming city and do the last part of the mission.

Went to where it was and no way to do the mission. WTF??? Anyone figure a way around this? Well, at least I can get into the Dreaming City! Ok, I am done. Just strange and definately a glitch. All's well that ends well!

Yeah it’s bugged. At least when I flew back in it started at the last checkpoint.

I had this happen where Petra didn’t show up. All I had to do was go back to orbit and load up the quest again (the quest icon was where the dreaming city icon is) and then it loaded me in at a checkpoint a few minutes in, and Petra was there. The whole mission does seem to be a bit buggy, it sure why.
