Don’t get me wrong, I love Forsaken, the new subclass trees especially. But, I was disappointed when there was no lore on them that I could find. This aims to fix that.
Burning, that is what it feels like to use Solar Light. The hot, fiery pain whose only cure is to spread the flame. Golden guns only spread the pain, the burn, to one, three, or even six foes at a time. Why settle for three when you can burn a thousand. Make them burn from a thousand cuts.

Some lore for the Chaos Reach I made: A hurricane can rip and tear and kill hundreds, even thousands. But there will always be some stragglers. A lightning strike, however, is precise. It does not rip at the ground. It does not thrash and tear. It is precise. It is instant. It is fatal. And as soon as it begins, it is over. Harness the lightning, Warlock.

2 RepliesIt's always been my theory that Light doesn't work the way it does in game. My theory is that Light isn't limited to certain supers and such, and that cooldowns dont exist outside of game balance. It's always been about how the user chooses to use it. For example. Say a Hunter wanted to use Arcblade then throw an incendiary grenade. They'd just do it. There's no 'switching' between elements, it's just changing the light into different elements as you use it. A warlock could throw all three aoe grenades back-to-back, or detonate their Arc energy in a massive explosion. Hell, Ikora proves both of these by using Nova Bomb back-to-back in the first mission and shooting out a void beam in CoO.
