Seriously, Bungie...it’s like when my first new weapon in Prison of Elders was a rocket launcher with Shank Burn. Might as well have just deleted the fricken gun parts. Edit: and it isn’t like one single gun set me off. I’ve gotten three snipers from Banshee with this stupid trait. How? Just...let’s imagine someone is in this world building these guns and including these traits. I am imagining Gomer Pyle sitting somewhere in the city just yucking it up and his coworkers whispering to the boss like “It was nice of you to hire that -blam!- but don’t give him any good parts to waste...you know materials are scarce.”
