Oracle offering disappearing
After completing the bounty to get the Oracle offering my inventory was full and the offering isn't anywhere to be found. Is there any way I can get it???

Same issue. Wasn't able to complete Petra's challenge because the offering went missing. Lost two powerful engrams :(
