I got a reward code that i cant use
I went to the rewards section to enter in a code and it was to long for the redemption slot that only takes 9 characters. So than i tried to put it in on xbox that didnt work so were am i supposed to redeem it. I also emailed bungie support but all they did was an automated email not much help! So what do i do.

It is the 20 character one you should use. But at bungie store there is a category that is called "bungie reward", this is the album you need to add to you chart and then use the code from the email in the discount field while in checkout. I dont know how you actually download the album once this is done though. Cant seem to find a download button.
