I ran into this earlier today while fighting the Rifleman. About 1/4 through the fight, I shot one of his decoys and the fight just ended. Mission end and everything. Everyone despawned and the adventure was counted as done without actually killing him. It did not unlock the things in my triumphs page so I am sitting here, I've already completed the main campaign and [spoiler]killed Uldren[/spoiler] but the game is barring me from rewards for killing all of the Barons. I can't do this on my alt either because some of the rewards I would get are a hunter helmet, chest piece, and emblem that are both still locked until it counts the kill.
