Stop constantly using shotguns
Not only are they a "fu€k you" to your opponents, they're easily the most annoying -blam!-ing weapons to be killed by.
Use some -blam!-ing weapon variety besides shotguns in all weapon lots, for hell use a auto rifle and a hand cannon or even a bow. Use some variety, and not be some simple minded ass wipe player that thinks their is no such thing as weapon variety.

So if you happened to get an exotic quest which required 20 shotgun kills in crucible you wouldn’t do it? I’m sure plenty of others have this and it may be partially why so many people use them. I did for a time and completed the quest line.

I've been using a scout and sidearm for crucible recently but this post makes me want to go back to using a shotgun.

Ive said all along, you Should start a PVP game with full special ammo, then once you’ve used it all up there’s no more, spawning with free special ammo just means you can literally run around using it for entire matches! We’ll soon be back in the 1 hit kill special weapon meta
