[fixed]Claws of Dire Ahamkara bugged with Chaos Reach
Ball Lightning eats both charges, not sure if intentional but feels bad. Also eats both a full and partial charge.
edit: seems to have fixed it self must have just bugged when I switched to it in Crucible.
