Destiny music genres? What does each group like?
Yo after finding that nightclub the fallen have, I heard the Dj house of winter was playing some country shit. And after that mission with Rasputin I can tell vex throw down to classical, I think. So I wonder what do cabal and hive like? Bungie answer this lore question we all must know.

Not sure about different races. But gunslingers listen exclusively to classic rock, blues and country western. This is a proven fact.

I love how the terrible Paul McCartney song from D1 was added in the nightclub lol. IGN (I think) even asked bungie in an interview if he would return in forsaken and they played it off as a joke.

Cabal listen to power metal, especially Sabaton. Hive? Goth rock. The Books of Sorrow is a good indication.

the hive definitely hate classical. look at EP. Rasputin is playing his music a bit too loud so the Hive come up and ask him to turn it down, and in response we slaughter them. i think the hive hate classical for a number of reasons.

I can only guess one of the two listens to hard rock or metal, but I’m not sure which one. Cabal kinda seem like the “Soldier song” variety, and maybe Hive rock? Or Hive may also listen to kind of a demented spa genre.
