While In the observatory during the story mission I found that there are platforms that rotate around the device in the main room. After getting to the top platform I was able to get into a room not connected to any staircase. In this room there was a small statue of a cat that required an item. exploring the dreaming city I opened a chest and found an item that I think was called “a small gift.” I immediately thought of the cat and sure enough it dropped me a cool helmet! If anyone finds any more of these cats I’d love to hear about it!
