Every time you level up past the level cap (50) in our case you get an engram , turn it in to Tess and you get a Chance at it past that it's all rng good luck!

It is a sound gun that says the words “How’s your sister” with a high frequency. You MUST use it on Uldren Sov. Once you defeat Uldren, take his corpse and place it on top of Cayde. This will resurrect him from the dead. Then you acquire his Ace of Spades AND the exotic Chicken emote.
