I bought the Game on my PS4 and i want to know if i can Play Destiny 2 now on my PC too or should i buy it on the PC to Play on PC?

Destiny isn't available for cross play. You need to rebuy it for each device.

You bought for ps so you play on ps. If you want to play on pc, then you gotta buy for pc.
