Unstable Charge of Light? Still haven’t figured it’s use... (Raid Item maybe?)

10 RepliesYou use it in the dreaming city to power the blind well, at the bottom of the pillar that's there you can put them in from tier I-III. Similar to the escalation protocol you'll need to be a few people if you want to succeed the event that follows.
