The Blind Well was hyped up a lot, being Forsaken's version of EP, or Court of Oryx. We're given three tiers of the event to run, with the assumption that increased difficulty = better rewards. At power 514, a completion of a Tier 3 gave me 6 dark shards, and one BLUE DROP at 500 power. Not only was it blue, but it dropped at the soft cap, well below my current power level. For all of that effort, I expected something better than that.
