It's still happening. I got it a few days ago, and now it's gone. Plenty of room in my inventory. Very VERY unhappy.

The importance of fixing "The Offering to The Oracle" bug this week: A letter to Bungie To the Bungie D2 development team, I love Destiny, and I've been playing it religiously with my clan since launch. I did everything there was to do in Year 1 and couldn't wait to play through Forsaken with my friends. To us, Destiny has always been about getting amazing loot and becoming more powerful together. So when we claimed our final Petra bounties and mine and another one of my friends who had full inventories Gifts were destroyed, it was devastating. No postmaster, no reclaiming, nothing. We sat and watched the rest of our fireteams run off and claim not one, not two, but FOUR powerful engrams (three from the bounty and one from Petra) as well as another series of bounties that were arbitrarily locked from us. Every single other item of this type goes to the postmaster throughout the entire past year, but not the single most important pve item in the entirety of the first week, the one that gives players nearly a quarter of ALL the powerful gear available in the first reset? I've always been your first supporter with your decisions and efforts to make Destiny the best game it can be, but Bungie, fixing this for the next reset simply is not enough... I've seen hundreds of your most dedicated players on this forum, the ones that have done everything in the first couple days because they love your game, lose out on a hugely significant amount of gear for a mistake in the code. These are the people that will play your raid day one, these are the people that need that gear the most so they won't be behind their friends in power for The Last Wish. To see my friend and I multiple light levels behind our friends after grinding for hours together is just heartbreaking. To start the next week 4 powerful gears behind is simply wrong. Bungie, if you care about your most dedicated players, if you want to prove to me that Bungie is STILL truly the best, most open, gamer-focused company out there, you will give the hundreds of us a way to catch up to our friends before the reset. Either giving us the item or a way to reclaim the bounty would be so appreciated (we will redo the blinding well if we have to), just please give us the same chance to be raid ready as all of your other hardcore, Destiny-as-a-hobby players. The same happened to me. This should be fixable. The only way to get Petra's weekly powerful item reward is to complete 3/3 of her weekly bounties. The only way to get 2/3 of those bounties is to complete the Gateway Between Worlds bounty. If you complete that bounty and you DON'T have the offering (because your inventory was full and it didn't go to the postmaster), you will be locked on 2/3 completion with the Audience of the Queen bounty waiting to be completed. So, (1) 2/3 of Petra's weekly bounties completed (as reflected on her planetary icon), (2) the Audience with the Queen bounty is in your inventory (uncompleted) and (3) the offering is NOT in your inventory (or anywhere else accessible to you)...under those conditions you should somehow be able to access an additional offering (either direct grant to postmaster by Bungie or available for purchase from Petra). Please address this. It was a significant amount of grinding to get to this point (in terms of grinding to level up and then grinding for the prerequisite bounties). The reason we did this was specifically to level up for the raid and this will have a significant impact on that progress. In addition, there are people like me who (after playing Destiny 1 for huge amounts of time) left Destiny 2 months ago. I came back for this dlc and was really getting back into it. This has a huge impact on my involvement with the game. Not only the immediate progress, but the fact that something like this can ruin hours of work and then potentially go unaddressed. Please address this.

Does anyone know if you can access foresaken on the same console with different accounts

This is very disappointing to see that not just me, but SEVERAL people have had this happen to them. I have grinded since day 1 of Forsaken to get my light up for this raid and to fill 3 separate slots in my consumables with 3 spicy romen tickets and NOT give me my Queens offering is straight up a slap in the face. Thanks Bungie for not only killing my favorite character in this Game, but pissing me off a second time for taking my opportunity to lvlt up away as well. P.S. You guys suck at customer satisfaction.
