Pre-Ordering through Amazon did not give any pre-order bonuses

Hello, I pre-ordered Forsaken + Annual Pass (PS4) on Amazon, via the link provided. I ordered the game August 11th and redeemed the code as soon as I was able to. Upon completing the campaign, I visited Amada Holiday, but she had no items for me. A friend mentioned she had an icon above her head for him when she gave him everything. A day has now passed with no items. What can I do? They're just cosmetics, sure, but I would just like to know why they were not delivered. Thank you, Vincent_449 EDIT: I should mention I contacted Amazon first, but they directed me towards Activision, as Bungie has no "contact support" option. Activision, as I already knew, directed me here.

      A final update, unless we receive a Bungie response: [quote] Hello, I'm sorry to hear about the problem in getting code with Destiny 2: Forsaken + Annual Pass - PS4 [Digital Code] . I have checked and found that due to some technical glitch we are unable to send the code. I am sorry for the inconvenience. [/quote] They are going to refund me the cost. EDIT: Amazon refunded me the full price of Forsaken and the Annual Pass. If you do not have your content, I would say reach out for a refund. It's not the resolution I wanted, nor the resolution I thought I would get, but if Bungie won't reply and Amazon can't do anything, well, this effects both of them.

      • An update for everyone curious: Amazon email support eventually told me to call in. After being re-directed three times to the "correct" department, I was finally on the phone with a very kind, very helpful, but very confused individual. After explaining my issues and chatting for a few minutes he said: [quote]We have a fourteen digit code here, but I know PSN uses twelve digits. I'm not sure what to do with it either. Once I find out where to redeem it, I'll let you know.[/quote] It's been roughly six hours, no response.

          • Same here. Pre-ordered around noon on September 3rd. Finished the quest, talked to Spider and Petra, turned in the Triumph, and Amanda didn't have the exotic stash. I even got the Ace of Spades and did the Bungie Rewards for the free soundtrack and still didn't have it drop. I did the steps BNGHelp6 said to do and I don't have the Exotic Stash as an add-on listed anywhere. I figure something is up with the Amazon pre-orders because the Playstation Store is allowing me to buy the Forsaken stand alone DLC again when it should just let me download it. I think the Amazon code we got is different from the actually dlc from the Playstation store. Might be the Amazon code is treated as a gift code instead of a dlc code.

          • Am having the same issue as you. Yeah, they're just cosmetics but we preordered because we wanted them. Contacted amazon, that directed me to sony, that directed me to activision, that directed me here. I'm just at the point of giving up since no one seems to have the power or will to help me with this issue :(.

            • I had a bad feeling about pre-ordering from amazon, but I didn’t trust my gut cause I had a $25 gift card. I should’ve known when it said I would get a code & be charged when the game released instead of immediately after ordering .. I will never pre-order from Amazon again

                A small update: I'm speaking with an Amazon Customer Support representative. While they're not entirely sure what they can do, they are asking me a few questions about all this - I guess to get all the facts straight about the product. It's a hope, until Bungie decides to respond.
