I've completed the campaign and got to level 50 and the pre-order bonus is not available at Amanda Holliday. I spoke with reps at Amazon and they claim they don't have any codes. Is there a way I can claim the pre-order bonus? I've seen this issue happen to lots of folks on reddit, twitter, etc.
[b]9/7/18 Update:[/b] I've checked with Amazon again and I keep getting told two different things. One rep said I would have the code within a couple days (nothing so far) and another told me "the code cannot be sent after the game has released." Their customer service reps seem to not have a clue when it comes to this issue.
Also, Bungie's support twitter (@BungieHelp) has this to say:
[quote]We are investigating reports that some retailers may not be distributing pre-order content codes. If a player pre-ordered Forsaken and did not receive a code for Cayde’s Exotic Stash or the Awoken Legend Set they should contact their retailer for further assistance.[/quote]
Doesn't seem like either of them know what to do about this...
[b]9/11/18 Update:[/b] Good news, seems they are distributing the codes this week - got mine today. Keep an eye out for an email from Amazon with your code. Thanks for your help guys!

I was told by Amazon that it was broken with no known fix. They at least offered me a refund. I said I honestly just wanted the preorder content and that was all. I wasn't looking for a refund or discount. I only hoped that they had a code that would provide me with the content I paid for, but they insisted that nothing could be done to get me the preorder bonus.

Hey guys, good news. I finally got my code emailed to me from amazon after 5 chats and 2 phone calls. Be vigilant and you’ll get your code! I haven’t redeemed it yet so I hope it works but atleast they’re giving codes

So I talked to Amazon, and they insisted that Bungie is responsible for delivering the codes "as Amazon is just a platform for Buyers and Sellers". They told me "the codes are anonymous" and that they couldn't help. They gave me a refund though, but I already entered the code on PSN, so I guess I got the game for free now? Might try to buy it through PSN and see if I get the stash since I've heard that people are getting it even after release.

I have done the same. I pre-ordered the $70 Forsaken+Annual Pass from Amazon. I triple checked the option I selected on Amazon, and in the description is states that it includes Cayde's Stash. I have completed the campaign, and when I went to Amanda Holliday, she did not have the goods.

1 ReplyPreordered "Forsaken + Annual Pass" from Amazon and I was not given a separate code for Cayde's exotic stash. I assumed it would be available when I beat the game/ hit level 50 but I visit Amanda Holliday and lo and behold, there is nothing. I talked with Amazon customer support and they told me to call Playstation in the morning. As I understand it, everyone who preordered from Amazon is facing this same issue. Are they going to distribute a second round of codes?

I ordered my bundle from GameStop. The legendary does come with caydes stash. But I also have an extra code on my receipt for all game stop people look at your receipt it should be on there. Idk about amazon or eb but it’s on GameStop’s receipts

4 RepliesPre-order codes from third party retailers were to be given by those third-party retailers. If you didn't receive a code from the retailer, then your only option is to try and work it out with that retailer. Amazon claiming they didn't have pre-order bonuses is a blatant lie as it was included on their webpages for selling it. Bungie cannot and will not help you. They didn't sell you the game. Amazon screwed up it sounds like, and Amazon is the only one that can fix it. You can ask Amazon to get in touch with Activision to see if they can get more codes, but that's still entirely in Amazon's hands, not yours.

I pre ordered on xbox one, and I am having the same exact issue! This happened to me with the destiny 2 launch as well. Never got the coldheart then, or any of the emote and shell. Beat campaign, hit level 50... amanda has nothing for me.

I am having same issue as well, Ordered from amazon last month, finished campaign, restored licences everything I can think of. Amazon is doing nothing they did not even email me when my code was ready. I had to go find it myself. I am not happy. I hope this is fixed soon for the love of Cayde
