required content not found/cant play forsaken

I redeemed my forsaken annual pass code yesterday but when game loads it gives me a warning message stating that i dont own all the required previous content needed to play. I own the game and all previous expansions and have completed all the content...any ideas on how to correct this issue so I can play forsaken??

  • If people stil active at this isseu, then you have to connect Microsoft customer service. Explane the problem and get youre money back. I got my money back.

  • If you sign out delete the annual pass from your xbox you are able to play until you get the forsaken dlc

  • Yeah I’m getting the same message on Xbox 1, and when I looked at the game add ons forsaken was installed so I really don’t know what’s going on.

  • I just bought the annual pass and now I got the same warning every 2 seconds. The game is not playable anymore. I have done al the steps and it still gives me the warning. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE?!

  • I'm having the same issue, a few weeks ago i bought the forsaken and the year pass, but since I didn't have the previous expansions it show me this message when I start the game then i bought the previous expansions but the same window keep showing i played Osiris with no problem, now that i want to play Warmind it spears every 3 or 5 seconds and now i can't play at all, any suggestions?

    • i have done all the suggested fixes..cleared my ps4 cache and reset licenses multiple times. i have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice. there is only 1 account on my ps4 so thats not the issue. im still getting the message saying i dont own all the content..what should i do now?

      • Hey there, So this could be due to a [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]license issue[/url] so I would recommend the following. 1. Remove any other accounts on the system. 2. Uninstall any Destiny 2 related content and perform a fresh install after checking for any pending updates. 3. Clear out your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]cache[/url] and see if that fixes things. Try going about these steps and let me know if this resolves your current issue.
