I purchased maximum edition of new DLC recently and other stuff before, and thought it's a good time to finish original campaing i abandoned after my uni sessions. My account have authenicator check and i never played Destiny after i stopped it but now i see that account is banned. I received no notifications, no emails, no nothing in this year. Wher can i have a clearence on situation and proceed to playing or return money for DLC i were buying to play later all this time?

1 ReplyHave you ever "cheesed" trials or competitive wins? They recently initiated a ban wave on people who boosted through win trades. Not sure if you did, but figured you may have not know about it.

1 ReplyYour account could have been banned right after the last time you played so hard to say what caused it but typically, pc bans are due to software detected by Destiny 2 while running. These include but not limited to, trainers, aimbots, autofire, mods, graphics hacks, anything that injects code into games, debuggers for programing, even some viruses. any of these could cause a ban, even if not destiny 2 specific or if the license key(s) were obtained from a less than reputable source. That being said, if you want to try for a refund, you would have to speak to the retailer where you made your purchase. Bungie does not discuss restrictions or bans. There are NO options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans. Bans are lifetime for that account https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929
