It needs to OHK in PvP, suppress supers on hit, and tether activation should almost be instant. Smoke should prevent you from sprinting and should only allow you to normal jump. It should limit the teleportation ability of Captains and Vex as well. Tether should also stack with heavy weapons because why not.
