Whisper of the Worm No Heavy Ammo Guide
Hey Guys,
Firstly this video is not the only way to achieve a solo run within the whisper of the worm mission after the 2.0 update ready for forsaken. However this is my strategy for soloing the mission. Yes in the video I am using my whisper however as the video explains, replace this with a D.A.R.C.I or a sleeper for the same results. I have successfully carried over 650 guardians to their whispers via double carries like many other sherpas have done.
This guide is hopefully my way of further helping the community achieve the mission and help others achieve theirs. Even though there is no heavy ammo dropping as you see in the video it is still very much solo-able.
Really hope this helps guys and lets up-vote to help as many as we can

5 RepliesIn this video you use whisper rifle, which gives back ammo... which exotic you have mentioned gives ammo back? i alone could go to the third room and even on boss room, but since then, i can't kill bosses because ammo runs out and no weapon (except polaris lance which is long kill) returns it

6 RepliesGlad you’re helping out, but this doesn’t help people who don’t have Whisper. I stopped watching after I saw you use the reload perk with your Whisper. Had you used DARCI or sleeper you wouldn’t have had enough time to do enough DPS. You would have run out of heavy shots just after taking one boss out. Or am I missing something?

1 ReplyI can personally attest to Pringle's ability to solo the Whisper run with out the heavy ammo drops. He provided me with a carry after watching his 13 hour stream in which he successfully completed 47 Whisper runs and providing 94 Whispers during his stream, not even coming close to having the 20 minute timer expire. I have been watching his replays and learning how to improve each run as I go through the Whisper run by myself. During his streams, he is constantly providing tips and other helpful information to his viewers/followers as they ask questions. I love watching his solo runs, they are inspiring me to improve my own Whisper runs.
