So I quit on the Xbox some time ago and decided that I wanted to play again. Sold the Xbox some time ago so having to restart on the PC. Decided to grab the Forsaken Complete Edition (The $99.99 one) and it says it comes with a character boost. I've ran a warlock through a few starter quests until I unlocked the Farm (the 2nd time around, after getting powers back) but cannot seem to find this boost. Nothing in a postmaster or on the character creation screen (According to a a Polygon post it should be on character creation.) I'd like to get leveled and some base gear during this weekend, but get the feeling that this boost wont be here until AFTER the DLC drops. Am I correct in this...unfortunate assumption?
