The EP shotty element lock is useless because of the tractor cannon change.
They swap the EP shotgun and the sniper to solar because of how OP it would be. They then they go and allow tractor cannon to buff all elemental damage not just void. No point in the change at all then.
I am aware that tractor cannon no longer stacks with tether or melting point but still ep shotty will destroy the primeval.
