Is tether buff working correctly?
What changed with tether after the supposed buff? The patch notes on it are very vague, and nobody I've talked to can see any improvement in either the cast or dormant activation times. If this was the intended result of the buff, can someone at least elaborate on what "more reliably" is supposed to mean? It certainly doesn't seem to mean quicker...

Cuz u royaled F'd up the best support class in D2.

I feel like it's bugged. The tether may activate sooner but the debilitating effect it has one enemies take longer to kick in. I've noticed the ai keeps shooting at me and not debuffed way after I fire it at them.

Tether is awful now and it still ducks in pvp with guardians jumping out of it or tether not stopping their super which enough

No shared damage. Harder to regain super. It doesn’t do much. Its similar to the smoke bomb except it has a larger aoe and last a little longer. Thats it. Compare it to warlocks nova bomb with their exotic helmet. They get their super back fairly easily killing a medium sized group of ads AND the nova bomb kills enemies! Top tree tether doesnt kill enemies and yet its harder to get back and again, underwhelming. I have stopped using nightstalker due to how bad they nerfed nightstalker. Edit: thankfully the tether got a silent buff last update. Blood bound is back and you get more super with each enemy that walks into the tether. I still think that the old D2 tether should have been unchanged but tether is now useful and a class that I have picked back up since the latest buff. Thanks, bungie.

Yes tether is even worse now. The so called tracking faster is still horrible. The fact they took of bloom has me shooting more rounds in PvE but insanely problematic in PvP

Yeah I haven’t really noticed a change. People are still either running past it entirely or getting caught at the very edge of the AoE.
